Grades We Produce

Aamor Inox – Our Core Strengths in Specialty Grades

At Aamor Inox, we know that many industries demand more than standard stainless steel — they require alloys precisely engineered to excel under extreme conditions, deliver exceptional mechanical performance, and ensure absolute reliability in mission-critical applications.

With over two decades of expertise, we’ve perfected select stainless steel grades that consistently surpass industry benchmarks—offering superior mechanical strength, exceptional wear and corrosion resistance across varied environments, and machinability that outperforms the norm.

These Grades are:

  • 416 (Condition A & HT) – We’ve engineered our 416 grade for exceptional machinability and good wear resistance & strength. In its heat-treated form, it achieves higher hardness for demanding tooling, shafting, and precision engineering applications.
  • Aamor’s 420 / 1.4021 grade offers exceptional hardness and edge retention, making it the material of choice for high-wear tools, cutlery, and surgical instruments.
  • 420B (1.4028) & 420C (1.4034) delivers outstanding hardness, wear resistance, and polishability. At Aamor Inox, we are known for producing these grades with exceptionally low inclusion levels and superior surface finish, ensuring better tool life and precision in high-wear environments such as surgical instruments, automotive components, and industrial knives.
  • Our 431 / 1.4057 stainless steel brings together high tensile strength, good corrosion resistance, and superior toughness, enabling it to excel in aerospace fasteners, marine shafts, and other high-load applications.
  • Our 430F / 1.4104 grade is best suited for free machining aswell as providing excellent dimensional accuracy and surface finish for high-volume turned parts.
  • Aamor Inox’s 17-4ph / 1.4542 delivers an exceptional balance of high strength, hardness, and corrosion resistance, making it a go-to choice for oil/gas, marine, and high-performance chemical processing cosmponents.

These grades are available in multiple conditions — annealed, hardened, or precipitation-hardened — to meet exact application requirements.
