Our 410 Stainless Steel Bars are produced across an extensive size range and finished to exacting international standards, making them suitable for the most critical rotating and load-bearing applications.
Click here: why Aerospace & Defence Trust UsOur product range includes bright bars, hot rolled peeled bars, precision bright bars, and Pump Shaft Quality (PSQ) bars, manufactured with Bright Round Bar processing capacity of 48,000 tons per year placing us among the largest producers of cold finished bars in India. Every batch undergoes rigorous inspection, including Eddy Current Testing through Dr. Foerster Circograph systems, Magnetic Particle Inspection, and 100% Water Immersion Ultrasonic Testing conducted to ASTM A-388, EN 10308, API 6A/ISO 10423 PSL 3, SEP 1920, and MIL STD 2154 standards.
As a martensitic grade containing approximately 11.5–13.5% chromium, 410 stainless steel is heat treatable and delivers an excellent balance of strength, hardness, wear resistance, machinability, and moderate corrosion resistance properties that make it especially well suited for pump shafts, valve components, industrial shafts, hydraulic equipment, and precision-machined rotating parts.
At Aamor Inox, our manufacturing philosophy centers on process reliability, tight dimensional accuracy, and superior surface finish. Controlled processes ensure batch-to-batch consistency, while advanced finishing systems deliver closer tolerances, better straightness, and improved concentricity - giving engineers the confidence that every bar performs reliably in service, backed by full traceability and global certifications across ASTM, EN, and DIN specifications.
We supply these bars in a wide variety of sizes & surface conditions.
With Bright Round Bars processing facilities of 48,000 tons per year, Aamor Inox is one of the largest producers of cold finished bars in India.

Cold worked Precision Bars is one of Aamor Inox’s premium product lines. These super finished precision bars are processed using the ultra-modern combined lines & state of the art equipment.
Ultrasonic Inspection & Eddie Current Testing ensures that the bars are free from any internal defects. The bars are then finished using the specially designed finishing machines which ensures that the size tolerances (including the out of roundness) and surface roughness are achieved as desired.
