Stainless Steel Heat Treatment

Aamor Inox brand new ultramodern fully-automatic Heat Treatment furnaces provide an unmatchable mechanical properties into the materials. These state-of-the-art Heat Treatment Furnaces are supplied by Schlager Industrieofenbau GmbH (Germany).

The Oil & Water Quenching tanks are equipped with a very strong agitation mechanism. This assures faster cooling curves (During Quenching process) which delivers highly consistent mechanical properties in the material.

And, with a quench delay of just 30 seconds and temperature uniformity of +/- 3 Celsius, these are undoubtedly the most superior Heat Treatment furnaces available worldwide. This makes Aamor Inox a leader for all heat treated Stainless & Alloy Steels like -

Stainless Steels - 409, 410, 416, 420, 420F, 430, 430F, 431, Duplex F51, 17-4ph, 1.4122, 1.4313, 1.4418, 310S etc

Alloy & Tool Steels - 4140, 4340, 42CrMo4, 40NiCrMoO4, 8620, H11, H13 etc
